Pitsineika is a semi-mountainous village in the Prefecture of Aitoloakarnania and the seat of the homonymous community that belongs to the Municipality of Nafpaktia. It is built on the southwestern slopes of Mount Rigani and borders the villages of Kastraki and Sykia. According to the 2011 census it has a population of 111 inhabitants.
