Kato Agios Vlasios is a village of Etoloakarnania and the seat of the homonymous community that belongs to the municipal unit of Parakambylia of the Municipality of Agrini. It is located on the eastern borders with the Prefecture of Evrytania, between the artificial lakes of Kremasto and Kastraki, while it is built on the northwestern slopes of Mount Koutoupa of Panaitolikos. It is 40 kilometers from Agrinio and according to the 2011 census it has 24 inhabitants.
