Kyra Vgena is a mountain village in the Prefecture of Aitoloakarnania and the seat of the homonymous local community that belongs to the Municipality of Agrinio. It is located on the northern shores of Lake Trichonida, at an altitude of 540 meters and is 20.5 kilometers northeast of Agrinio. According to the 2011 census, it consists of 119 permanent residents. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
