Ano Zevgaraki is a semi-mountainous village in the Prefecture of Aitoloakarnania, which is located southeast of Lake Lysimachia and southwest of Lake Trichonida. It is built at an altitude of 180 meters, at the northwestern foot of Mount Arakynthos, in an area overgrown with olive trees and age-old plane trees. It borders the settlement of Kato Kerasovo and is about 14 km south of the city of Agrinio. According to the 2011 census, the population is 59 permanent residents.
