Lysimacheia is a lowland settlement of the Prefecture of Aitoloakarnania and the seat of the homonymous local community that belongs to the Municipality of Agrinio. It is located at the northwestern foot of Mount Arakynthos and southwest of Lake Lysimachia, while it is about 17 kilometers from Agrinio. Formerly it was called Mourstiano or Mourstano and according to the 2011 census it consists of 335 inhabitants. This point of interest is Plain and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round.
