Psilovrachos is a semi-mountainous village in the prefecture of Aitoloakarnania. It is located southeast of the artificial lake Kremasta, at the foot of Mount Tsouka at an altitude of 330 meters and is about 55 kilometers northeast of the city of Agrinio.
