The Holy Temple dedicated to Agios Nikolaos dominates the southern part of the village of Kainourgio, Etoloakarnania. It is a rectangular church, with two high bell towers on either side of the main entrance and a verdant courtyard. Every year, on December 6, the feast day of Agios Nikolaos, a solemn Divine Liturgy is celebrated in the presence of a large number of believers. This point of interest is Plain and Rural.
