The Church of Agios Nikolaos is located on the east side of the village of Agia Varvara Panaitolikos and is its main church. This is a picturesque stone church with a wonderful view of Lake Trichonida. It has a small verdant enclosure surrounded by tall trees, while right next to it is the village cemetery. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is accessible through public transport.
