Kalyvia is a lowland settlement in the Prefecture of Aitoloakarnania. It is built on the west side of the plain of Agrinio, near the Acheloos riverbed. It borders the villages of Agios Georgios and Platanos, while it is 11.5 km from the city of Agrinio. According to the 2011 census, the population is 965 inhabitants. This point of interest is Plain and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is accessible through public transport.
