Agios Georgios Kalivion is a lowland settlement in the Prefecture of Aitoloakarnania. It is built at an altitude of 30 meters and is located east of the Acheloos River and southeast of Lake Ozeros. It borders the village of Kalivia and is about 13 km west of the city of Agrinio. The name of the settlement is due to the chapel of Agios Georgios, which pre-existed in the area from the period of Ottoman rule. According to the 2011 census, the population is 266 inhabitants. This point of interest is Plain and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
