The old Holy Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary is located on the south side of the village of Gavalos, in Paleokastritsa. It is an old stone temple of rectangular shape, from which today only the outer space survives, as the interior has been demolished and completely destroyed. This point of interest is Plain and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is not accessible through public transport.
