Petalas Wildlife Refuge is located north of the village of Kypseli, Aitoloakarnania. This is a protected area, according to the Natura 2000 program, which is a refuge for various species of wild animals, such as wild horses that are rumored to belong to the Pindos breed. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is not accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
