The Kastraki hydroelectric dam is just a few kilometers from the homonymous settlement of the Prefecture of Aitoloakarnania. It was built in 1969 and is the second largest dam on the Acheloos River. Its total length is 530 meters, while its height reaches 95 meters. The construction of the dam resulted in the creation of the artificial lake Kastraki. This point of interest is Plain and Rural.
