The Holy Temple of Agia Paraskevi and the ruins of its strong fortress are located at the northern end of a small bay in the Amvrakikos Gulf, on the side of Aitoloakarnania, on the Myrtari Peninsula. Today, parts of the fortification and the tower of the Monastery are preserved, as well as its central part, which is dedicated to Agia Paraskevi. It is a white rectangular church, which is internally decorated with a mosaic floor and gilded hanging chandeliers. This point of interest is Coastal and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is not accessible through public transport.
