The Holy Church of the Assumption of the Virgin dominates in the center of the town Paralia of the Prefecture of Achaia. It is a beautiful church built by the sea, which is internally decorated with marble mosaic floor, hanging gilded chandeliers and impressive paintings. It has two bell towers, which rise on either side of the main entrance and a spacious paved courtyard with many trees, at one end of which stands the imposing monument of the Heroes of the Fallen. This point of interest is Coastal and Urban. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
