Agios Vassilios is a seaside town located in the Prefecture of Achaia. It is built on the north coast of the Peloponnese and is a popular tourist destination during the summer months. It borders the settlements of Arachovitika, Platani and Aktaio, while it is about 12 km north of the center of Patras. According to the 2011 census, the population is 2,662 inhabitants.
