Pournarokastro is a small mountain village located in the Prefecture of Achaia. It is built at the western foot of Mount Panachaikon at an altitude of 650 meters and offers a unique view of the city of Patras and the Gulf of Patras. It borders the settlements of Elikistra and Souli, is about 13 km southeast of Patras, while the Glafkos River flows nearby. According to the 2011 census, the village consists of 67 permanent residents. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round.
