The Holy Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary stands majestically in the southern part of the village of Drepano. It is a large church with a dome, which was built in 1981 on a hill, with a unique view of the Corinthian Gulf. Externally it has a bell tower that rises next to the main entrance and a beautiful courtyard area, which consists of manicured flower beds with plants and tall trees. This point of interest is Plain and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is not accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
