The Holy Temple of the Ascension stands majestically in the center of the Psarofai district of the Municipality of Patras. It is a large church, which is internally decorated with marble mosaic floor, wooden despotic throne and impressive paintings. Externally it has two bell towers that stand on either side of the main entrance and a manicured paved courtyard. Every year, on the feast day of the Ascension, a solemn Divine Liturgy is celebrated in the presence of a large number of believers. This point of interest is Plain and Urban.
