The preserved Golfinopoulos Mansion is located in Ypsila Alonia Square, in the center of Patras. It is a two-storey neoclassical building, built in 1917 and is an architectural jewel for the city. It has small marble balconies, while its characteristic is the circular configuration of the corner section that ends in a dome covered with metal plates. Formerly, this impressive mansion was the home of Konstantinos Golfinopoulos, mayor of Patras from 1969 to 1973, while later on the ground floor operated the restaurant Alhambra. This point of interest is Plain and Urban. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
