The listed building of Kotronopoulos's house is located at the junction of Gerokostopoulou Street with Georgiou Square. It is a two-storey building of late neoclassical architecture, built in 1924. It has two balconies with marble fences and iron railings, while the windows have intricated, decorative crowns on the cornices, as well as decorative plaster on their aprons. In the past, the first floor of the building housed an event space, while today there is a nightclub and a bakery on the ground floor. This point of interest is Plain and Urban.
