The listed building owned by Irini Thomopoulou Savolidou is located at the junction of 26 Agiou Andreou, Kolokotroni and Othonos Amalias streets. It is a three-storey neoclassical building with special architectural elements, which was built in 1850, while twenty years later it was transformed into a hotel called Hotel England, being the first hotel built in the Peloponnese. It has small balconies with marble fountains on the floors, while on the ground floor there are metal canopies and a colonnade. Today, the building houses and operates the Eurobank bank.
