The listed building of Manolopoulou's house is located at the junction of Korinthou and Aratou streets, in the center of Patras. It is a two-storey neoclassical building of special architecture, built between the years 1880-1898 and housed the historic private Arethio School. It has a tiled roof, two small balconies decorated with marble pillars and six tall marble columns. It is one of the most impressive neoclassical buildings of Patras, as it reflects the economic prosperity of the bourgeoisie of the 19th century, while today it is abandoned. This point of interest is Plain and Urban. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
