The Church of Agios Dimitrios is located in Ano Poli, between Germanou and Gounari streets. The first historical testimony dates back to 1688 and in 1819 he was named Metropolitan. The current church was built in 1877, due to the need to build a larger building, at a distance of about 6 meters from the old one. This is one of the most beautiful temples of Patras, near which is the chapel of St. Catherine. This point of interest is Plain and Urban. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round.
