The construction of the Holy Trinity Church of Patras began in 1911 and the inauguration took place in 1914. In its place, in the area Geraneika, there was a smaller church from the post-revolutionary years. Many refugees settled in the area after the Asia Minor Catastrophe, and for this reason in the spiritual center of the parish there is a chapel of Saint Arsenios of Cappadocia where part of his holy relic is kept.
