One of the central and most popular squares of Antirrio was named after the chieftain Diamantis Hormovas, with the bust of the chieftain adorning the square, sculpted by the sculptor Georgios Karakallas. A number of busts and brass statues adorn the perimeter and in thematic sections of the square, also known as the square of statues with busts of Greek classics, such as Aristotle, Plato, Pericles, together with the torchbearer Charilaos Trikoupis and Kostis Palamas.
