The Mountain Running Games of Mountainous Nafpaktia take place every year, on the last Sunday of August, in Ano Chora Mountainous Nafpaktia. They are organized by the Non-Profit Organization of Culture and Environment Green + Blue in collaboration with the Municipality of Nafpaktia and the Region of Western Greece. These are semi-trail running races, 24 and 13 kilometers, in a green route, which aim to highlight the natural beauty of the area and promote it as a destination for alternative tourism. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. Suitable season to visit: Summer. It is accessible through public transport.
