The Church of Agios Athanasios, located on the north side of the village of Perista, is the new church of the settlement. It is an impressive temple with white stone and a tall bell tower right next to it. Its construction began in 1906 and was completed 20 years later, while its interior and exterior layout is of a basilica style with a cruciform deviation. It has a wooded paved courtyard, next to which is located the village cemetery. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round.
