The Chestnut Festival takes place every year, at the beginning of October, in the village of Agios Dimitrios, Nafpaktia. The locals roast chestnuts and serve local delicacies and tsipouro to the guests, followed by a feast with traditional dances. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural.
