Vytinaika Pyrgou is a lowland village of Ileia at an altitude of 41 meters. It is adjacent to the villages of Granitsaika, Kavasilakia and Tragano of Agios Ioannis, while it is the northern continuation of the village of Agios Ioannis. It is located 6 km west of Pyrgos and 8.5 km northeast of Katakolo. It has a population of 340 inhabitants, according to the 2011 census. This point of interest is Plain and Rural.
