Lanthi is a village located about 13 kilometers northeast of Pyrgos, at an altitude of 80 meters. It is the seat of the homonymous local community of the Prefecture of Ileia, which borders the settlement of Karoutes and the settlement of Lambeti, while east of it passes the small river Alisios. The village has a primary school, several chapels, as well as a central sanctuary dedicated to Agios Nikolaos.
