Katharovouni Observatory (kiosk) is located on the north side of the village. It is made of carved stone, while it has a large shade and benches for guests to relax. The view is magnificent, as to the west lies the plain of Arta, to the south dominates Makrinoros, while in the background one can gaze at the Amvrakikos gulf, Preveza, Aktio and even Lefkada. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is not accessible through public transport.
