The Church of the Prophet Elias is located on the east side of the village of Kalidona in the Municipality of Zacharo. It is a small stone church, built on the highest point of the village, offering magnificent views of the Ionian Sea. The bell tower is built of stone and imposing, while the spacious enclosure accommodates several believers during the days of operation of the temple. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is not accessible through public transport.
