Kato Arini is a semi-mountainous settlement located in the Peripheral Unit of Ileia at an altitude of 214 meters. It is built next to the village of Arini, east of the confluence of the torrents of Anidros and Trafos, while it is 6.5 km from the town of Zaxaro.
