The Church of Agios Athanasios is built on one of the highest points of Nea Figalia, at an altitude of 530 meters. It is a small, but quite beautiful stone church, with a bell tower next to its main entrance. It has a manicured courtyard overlooking the lush landscape. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
