The monument of Captain Georgoulia Agisilaou is located opposite the Church of Agios Spyridon on the north side of Zaxaro. The bust of the hero, who was born in the town and died a heroic death while fighting against the Turks in 1921, stands majestically in the middle of the paved square. This point of interest is Plain and Urban. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is not accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
