Lepreo is a semi-mountainous village of Ileia that belongs to the Municipality of Zaxaros. It is 16 km from Zaxaro and 48 km from Pyrgos, while it is located on the southern border with the Prefecture of Messinia. It is built on a green hilly area at the foot of Mount Minthi and according to the 2011 census has 219 permanent residents. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural.
