The new Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary is located in the center of the village of Theisoa, Ilia. It is an impressive stone church with a dome, which has a three-storey bell tower on the left side of the main entrance. The spacious courtyard area is surrounded by manicured flower beds with plants and tall trees that offer shade to the faithful, while offering magnificent views of the lush landscape. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is not accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
