Graikas is a mountainous settlement in the prefecture of Ilia and is built on a slope. It is 3 km from the village of Gryllos, 8 from Krestena and 9 from Zacharo. In 1835 it was named Grekas, while in 1940 it was renamed Greikas. The population is 307, according to the 2011 census. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural.
