Sosti is a plain historical settlement of Ileia, in which archeological findings have been found. It is located west of the artificial lake of the river Pineios and is only 3 kilometers north of Amaliada. It has the Church of Agios Nikolaos Sosti and the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Sosti. According to the 2011 census, it has a population of 308 inhabitants, who are engaged in sheep breeding, but also in the cultivation of olive trees, vegetables and cereals. This point of interest is Flat and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
