Lavdeika is a small district located in the prefecture of Ileia and specifically, between the village of Sosti and the town of Amaliada. It is a lowland rural area with few houses and a small traditional orthodox church. The Church of the Ascension of the Savior was built by local farmers and can be visited only during major religious ceremonies, where a Divine Liturgy is performed.
