Kourouta is a seaside settlement in the Regional Unit of Ileia at an altitude of 5 meters. It is located on the west coast of the Peloponnese in the Ionian Sea, 6 km southwest of Amaliada and 20 km southwest of Pyrgos. According to the 2011 census, the population amounts to 433 inhabitants, while in the summer months it increases, due to the arrival of vacationers in the area. It has several small hotel units, a beautiful beach, nightclubs, and restaurants. This point of interest is Coastal and Rural. Suitable season to visit: All-year-round. It is accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
