Gialos is a lowland settlement located in the Prefecture of Achaia at an altitude of 12 meters. This is a relatively new settlement, which borders Kato Alissos and Kato Achaia. The original name of Agios Nikolaos probably came from the homonymous Holy Temple located in the area. In 2011 the village had 101 inhabitants. This point of interest is Coastal and Rural.
