The Holy Monastery of Panagia Filiokalotissa is a beautiful Byzantine monastery built on the west of Mount Movri. The location where it is located is impressive as it looks like a unique natural balcony of the mountain that is projected in the plain of Dymi. It is probable that it was founded in the 12th century by the Byzantine general Eumathios Filokali. It celebrates on September 8 and, every year, gathers a large number of believers from the wider area. This point of interest is Flat and Rural. It is accessible all year round.
