The Monument to the Fallen Aviators, unveiled in 2017, is located on the hill of Agios Kosmas in Thermo. It is a museum fighter aircraft in honor of the five air force pilots originating from the Municipality of Thermo, Nikolaos Sialmas, Konstantinos Kontogiorgos, Vassilios Kourkoutas, Efstathios Tsingas and Evangelos Stathopoulos, who fell heroically during on their duty while fighting for the territorial integrity of Greece. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. It is accessible all year round. It is not accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
