Despotis (or Delimitseika) is an abandoned settlement located in the lakeside area of Pamphia, near the settlement of Marathia. According to tradition, the first name was given because, during the Turkish occupation, the Turks hung a despot on a plane tree next to the source that fed the settlement. The ruins of the old houses and the stone-built mansions reveal the glamor of its past. This point of interest is Flat and Rural. It is accessible all year round.
