The church complex located in the settlement of Agia Sofia concerns a complex of three Byzantine temples built in 1296, the twin holy temples of Taxiarches, the Holy Temple of Agios Nikolaos and the ruined Holy Temple of Agia Sofia. In ancient times, in their place there was a temple dedicated to the goddess Artemis, some boulders from which were used to build temples. These are important religious and historical sites, which are of great interest for their architectural value, their building material and for their ancient and Byzantine inscriptions. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. It is accessible all year round. It is accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
