Doukas is a settlement in the prefecture of Ileia and is located near the settlement of Lala. Its name is due to a French nobleman (duke), who settled in the area after his persecution during the French Revolution. Its inhabitants contributed significantly to the victory of the battle of Lala during the Revolution of 1821. The patron saint of the settlement is Agios Nikolaos.
