Kriovrisi (old name: Vervini or Dervini) is one of the most mountainous settlements in the prefecture of Ileia and has been built on Mount Erymanthos, at a height of 1020 meters. According to sources, it has been inhabited since the 12th century and during the Revolution of 1821 all the male inhabitants took part in the struggles for Liberation.
