The estuary of the Alpheios river is located near the settlement of Epitalio, in the northern part of the Gulf of Kyparissa, where a delta with an area of 5770 hectares has been created. In the delta there are many sandy beaches, narrow strips of sand, a lot of low vegetation and plane trees, and the whole enchanting area has been declared protected. This point of interest is Flat and Rural. It is accessible all year round. It is not accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket. Photo source:
